The landscape in our area is quite flat with mountains on one side and hills on the other. Depending on the direction we drive we get a view at the moment of snow covered mountains or green lush hills. The hills are the port hills that are the beginnings of the Banks Peninsula.
We love the way that the cloud and mist hangs around the foothills.
